We currently ship across India.
For international orders, please contact us at hello@anoka.in before placing your order.
2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Custom or bulk orders may take additional time; we will inform you at the time of purchase.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Non-Metro/Remote Areas: 5–9 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary based on courier performance, festivals, or unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1500.

A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to all orders below this threshold.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You may use this to monitor the delivery status in real time.
6. Packaging
Each idol is packed with protective layers, sealed in a borosilicate glass dome and wooden base, and enclosed in a sturdy box to ensure safe delivery.
