At Anoka, we take great pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and spiritual significance of our products. In the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy.
1. Returns
Returns will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

The item delivered is incorrect.

The item received is damaged or defective.
Eligibility Criteria:

The return request must be initiated within 3 (three) calendar days of receipt of the product.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The customer must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.

2. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

If the return is approved, a full refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 (seven) business days.

If the return is declined, we will communicate the reason for rejection in writing.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
We regret that product exchanges are not offered at this time. Customers are advised to place a new order after the eligible return has been processed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customised or personalised products.

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or external factors beyond our control.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 (twelve) hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, the order will be subject to the return policy stated above.
